I took the Sponge Bob aquarium that was collecting dust in the garage and set it up on my desk at work.  I've been wanting to get a fiddler crab but can't put on in our tank at home because they're so territorial and I have a half dozen Cory Catfish that already live on the bottom.  I also figured since Sponge Bob's boss at work in the cartoon is a crab and since he'll be stuck with me at my work, it would be appropriate to call him 'Mr. Crabs'.
